When you request a quotation or apply for a business account we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, collection and delivery details and any information you give us about the goods. We also collect job records such as delivery dates and proof of delivery.
Why we use it
To prepare and discuss quotations, to carry out and evidence deliveries, to invoice and collect payment, and to keep records we are required to keep. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database providers, and where relevant a subcontracted carrier performing your delivery. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Quotation records are kept while they are commercially relevant. Job and financial records are kept for the period required by UK law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Email info@kalyanglobal.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
