1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of kalyanglobal.com and to requests for information or quotations. They do not by themselves form a contract for the carriage of goods. Services are provided by Kalyan Global Ltd, trading as Kalyan Global Logistics. Registered in England and Wales, company number 13405218. Registered office: 9 Keeble Close, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, LU2 9RT.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form does not oblige you to purchase a service and does not oblige us to accept a job. A delivery is booked only when the scope, price, service-specific terms and collection arrangements have been agreed in writing and we issue a booking confirmation.
3. Information you provide
Quotations depend on accurate information about the goods, dimensions, weight, packaging, addresses, access, timing and handling requirements. Tell us promptly if anything changes. We may revise or withdraw a quotation where the actual requirement differs materially or cannot be carried safely or lawfully.
4. Quotations and payment
Unless the quotation states otherwise, urgent or same-day quotations are valid for 24 hours and scheduled quotations for seven calendar days. One-off customers pay in full before dispatch. Approved business accounts may receive 30-day terms following manual approval. Kalyan Global Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added.
5. Service-specific terms
Before a delivery is accepted, the written quotation or booking documents will state or incorporate the applicable cancellation, waiting-time, prohibited-goods, insurance, claims and liability provisions. Those agreed service-specific terms take priority if they conflict with this website page.
6. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Website content is general information and may be changed. Please call 07551 292919 if an urgent enquiry cannot be submitted online.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or knowingly provide false or unlawful information.
8. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
