Terms & Conditions
These terms are a working draft and must be reviewed by a suitably qualified adviser before publication. Insurance cover levels and liability limits are still to be confirmed and are deliberately left blank.
1. Who we are
Services are provided by Kalyan Global Ltd, trading as Kalyan Global Logistics. Registered in England and Wales, company number 13405218. Registered office: 9 Keeble Close, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, LU2 9RT. Contact: info@kalyanglobal.com, 07551 292919.
2. Quotations
Quotations are prepared individually and are based on the information supplied in the request. Urgent quotations are valid for 24 hours from issue. Scheduled quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from issue. Where the actual load, access, waiting time or route differs materially from the information supplied, the price may be revised before work begins.
3. Payment
One-off customers pay in full before dispatch. Where payment is made by bank transfer, the job remains payment pending until funds are confirmed as received. Approved business account customers may be granted 30-day terms; credit terms are approved manually and are not automatic.
Kalyan Global Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and no VAT is recoverable on our invoices.
4. Collection and delivery
Dates and time windows are planned in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather, site access and third-party delays. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access, and that goods are ready and adequately packaged at collection.
5. Goods and liability
Insurance cover and liability limits are to be confirmed and will be stated here before publication. Certain goods may be refused at our discretion.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation terms, including any charge where a vehicle has already been allocated or despatched, are to be confirmed before publication.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
